On March 04, 2013, FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on
Lotto24 AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
voting rights on March 04, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.87% (this
corresponds to 540,891 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, the
voting rights are attributed to FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda i.a. via
Fidelity Funds SICAV.
On March 04, 2013, FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, UK has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on Lotto24 AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold
of the voting rights on March 04, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.87%
(this corresponds to 540,891 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
Sentence 2 of the WpHG, the voting rights are attributed to FIL Holdings
Limited, Hildenborough, UK i.a. via Fidelity Funds SICAV.
On March 04, 2013, FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, UK has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its voting rights on Lotto24 AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the voting rights on March 04, 2013 and on that day amounted
to 3.87% (this corresponds to 540,891 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, the
voting rights are attributed to FIL Investments International,
Hildenborough, UK i.a. via Fidelity Funds SICAV.
