QPR’s ABPD software QPR ProcessAnalyzer discovers the fact based ‘as-is’ processes from existing data logged in operative systems, such as ERP, billing and CRM. This information provides a basis for powerful analysis and improvement of business processes. The several processes supported in JobRouter e.g. customer requests, order management and billing, can now be analysed for optimal process performance. JobRouter Process Efficiency Analysis is offered as a project based service by the company and its over 70 resellers to existing customers. QPR ProcessAnalyzer will be provided to JobRouter AG as Software as a Service by QPR Software.

The new service is a collaborative effort where QPR’s key partner ProcessGold, an ABPD consultancy pioneer, will enable JobRouter AG in maximizing the analysis value delivered to their customers. ProcessGold will help the company by providing Business Development and Advisory Services, as well as a ProcessGold Process Diagnosis Interface for JobRouter and Data Analysis Services for JobRouter clients.
