In an upcoming webinar, Equifax Workforce Solutions will demonstrate how organizations can file for Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC) missed during the recent hiatus before the April 29, 2013 deadline for forms. Led by Equifax Workforce Solutions senior director of Tax Credits and Incentives product management, Jason Fry, this webinar will discuss the steps employers can take to rapidly locate missed credits and how to streamline the paperwork process in order to file in time.

Attendees will learn about new data assets available that identify missed hiring tax credits, the details of IRS "transition relief" that allows for retroactive submission, and electronic processes to gather paperwork quickly and efficiently. Fry will also highlight the importance of data as it relates to additional categories of tax credits that can be filed for retroactively, such location-based opportunities, plus which nationwide programs offer the most benefit and how data aids screening compliance and submission. 

An expert in the field, Fry has more than ten years of experience with tax credits and incentives. Earlier in his career, Fry worked for the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, Georgia State University's College of Law, and the Clayton County Solicitor General's Office.
