Luxury Hotel and Apartments in Mumbai Support Environmental Sustainability Through Earth Hour Initiative

MUMBAI, INDIA--(Marketwired - Apr 2, 2013) - Continuing their commitment towards a green sustainable future, Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel and Lakeside Chalet, Mumbai - Marriott Executive Apartments switched off their lights for an hour from 8:30pm to 9:30pm on March 23rd, 2013 to support the Earth Hour movement.

The two busy Mumbai properties have been contributing to the society and its immediate surroundings for years through its various humble initiatives. As a luxury hotel and apartment complex in Mumbai, the hotels joined hands again, with a global movement that spreads awareness and action for the betterment of the environment. The hotels switched off the lights in all public areas for an hour to convey their concerns about global warming.

The Mumbai hotels also urged guests to switch off their room lights and join the hotel team at the lobby to pledge their support for the Earth Hour initiative.
