Investeringsforeningen Dexia Invest – merger of sub-funds, name change of the fund to Investeringsforeningen BIL Nordic Invest and transfer of sub-funds from Specialforeningen Dexia Invest to Investeringsforeningen BIL Nordic Invest
The merger of the sub-funds Fokus Danske Aktier (discontinuing) and Europæiske Ejendomsaktier (discontinuing) with Danske Small Cap aktier (continuing) under Investeringsforeningen Dexia Invest, will take effect on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 5 April 2013. The name of the continuing sub-fund will be changed to Investeringsforeningen BIL Nordic Invest Danske Small Cap aktier.
Last day of trading shares in the discontinuing sub-funds is 4 April 2013.
The name change from Investeringsforeningen Dexia Invest to Investeringsforeningen BIL Nordic Invest and the name change of the sub-funds will take effect on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 5 April 2013.
The transfer of the sub-funds Korte Obligationer and Lange Obligationer from Specialforeningen Dexia Invest to Investeringsforeningen BIL Nordic Invest and the name changes will take effect on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 5 April 2013.
