Labrador Technologies Inc.: Press Release

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - April 9, 2013) -

(NOT FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA)

Labrador Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LTX) ("Labrador" or the "Company") announces that the Alberta Securities Commission ("ASC") has issued a Cease Trade Order ("CTO"), effective April 5, 2013, prohibiting the trading of securities of the Company.
