DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY
(Disclosures made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R)
The company was notified on 15 April 2013 that, on that day, Graham Levinsohn and Debbie Walker, both persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") within G4S plc, requested the release to them of their deferred shares granted under the company's annual bonus scheme relating to the periods ending 31 December 2008 and 31 December 2009 ("the Release").
Upon the Release, both Mr Levinsohn and Ms Walker sold those shares save that Mr Levinsohn retained 1,000 shares from the Release.
