Rob McLeod, who grew up in Woodstock, New Brunswick, is in Truro for the weekend teaching some frisbee throwing clinics to a group of disc dog enthusiasts from Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Rob is a disc sports competitor and he currently holds 9 World Records including 2 Guinness World Records.

Accompanying Rob is Davy Whippet, Rob's canine teammate, and on Sunday they will be doing some distance demos. Davy has 5 World Records with Rob including 1 Guinness World Record for Distance to Canine Catch and he became the first dog to ever catch a disc over 400 feet.

The general public is welcome to come check out the action Sunday between 10am and 4pm at the Timbits Soccer Field in Truro.
