Sedarec AB (publ) has divested 4,198,607 class A voting shares in Transcom

On 17 April 2013, Sedarec AB (publ) divested 4,198,607 class A voting shares
(TWW SDB A) in Transcom WorldWide S.A.

Following this divestment, Sedarec AB (publ) holds 31,009,500 class A shares in
Transcom representing 4.98% of voting rights and 2.49% of capital.
