23 April 2013 - Fornebuporten AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aker ASA, has entered a long-term lease agreement with Kvaerner ASA for new headquarters to be built at Fornebu, Oslo.
The lease contract is for approximately 8,000 square meters and for a duration of 12 years, with two additional five-year options. Kvaerner's new headquarter building is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2015.
