Competing against 88 other dishes, all uniquely prepared for the competition, Chef Sebastian's "Poached and Raw Asparagus Salad on Botarga Toast" was chosen as one of the top five entries. The impressive response from chefs throughout Europe for this tasty competition included all levels of talent with each of the top five winners honored with a certificate and cookbook from the Simons collection.
