SHARE PURCHASE, VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC announces that it purchased 375,000 Ordinary shares at 17.17 pence per share on 25 April 2013. The shares purchased represent 0.19% of the total number of voting rights in the Company before the transaction. These shares will be held in treasury.
Following this transaction, and, in conformity with the provisions of DTR 5.6 we would like to notify the market of the following:
Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC's capital as at 25 April 2013 consisted of 209,667,635 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each. Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC holds 10,797,000 shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC is 198,870,635 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
