SB Financial Group Declares $0.03 Quarterly Cash Dividend on Common Stock


DEFIANCE, Ohio, April 25, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SB Financial Group (Nasdaq:SBFG) ("SB Financial") announced today that its board of directors passed a resolution declaring a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share, payable on May 24, 2013, to shareholders of record as of May 10, 2013.

"This dividend increase represents a 20 percent increase over our dividend from the first quarter," said Mark Klein, President and CEO of SB Financial. "We have just completed another successful quarter, reflecting improvement in our performance, and in our capital position. Our progress in each is providing us the opportunity to continue to return to our shareholders a cash dividend."
