LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - May 2, 2013) - WiFi Wireless, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WFWL) is pleased to announce it has signed a 3 year agreement with Dr. Jerry D. Icenhower to provide consulting services to the Company. He will primarily be a Liaison between the Company and American Veterans of all services including the National Guard and Reserve. Dr. Icenhower will play an important role in the implementation of WiFi Wireless's Nationwide Municipality WiFi Network Partnership Program.

Dr. Icenhower has over 35 years of senior management experience in the shipping, transportation, petrochemical, refining and energy industries. He has served as vice president of engineering, vice president of manufacturing, vice president of operations and president/CEO of several publicly and privately held worldwide engineering/construction and manufacturing companies. Until recently, he was president/CEO of Loyola Recovery Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit organization providing subspecialty behavioral health, health management, housing and employment services to American Veterans. He is a licensed Professional Engineer registered in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, France and Ireland. His civilian education includes both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees with a Doctorate in Business.

He retired from the U.S. Army with service on active duty and the reserve components. His assignments included key combat arms command and staff positions including Commandant of the Texas Military Academy. He was appointed Chairman of the Texas Committee for Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) by the Secretary of Defense in October of 2006. He completed his tour of duty in October of 2012 and is now Chairman Emeritus of the Committee. He also served as Chairman of the Department of Defense NCESGR Strategic Planning Subcommittee, Washington, D.C.

In addition to his numerous military awards and decorations, Dr. Icenhower was designated as a Distinguished Member of the 144th Infantry Regiment by the Secretary of the Army and received an Honorary Doctor of Military Arts and Science degree from the Texas Military Academy. He was elected Fellow of the Institution of Diagnostic Engineers (UK), Fellow of the Society of Professional Engineers (UK), Senior Member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (US), selected as Engineer of the Year (Ontario, Canada) by the Institute of Chartered Engineers of Canada and was inducted into the Order of the Engineer by the Texas Society of Professional Engineers. He is an Eagle Scout, Boy Scouts of America.
