QIWI Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering


MOSCOW, May 2, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- QIWI plc, a leading provider of next generation payment services in Russia and the CIS, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 12,500,000 Class B Shares in the form of American Depositary Shares (ADS) at a price of $17 per ADS. All of the ADSs are being offered by selling shareholders. Each ADS represents one class B share of the Company. The selling shareholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,875,000 ADSs to cover over-allotments, if any. The ADSs will begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on May 3, 2013 under the symbol "QIWI."
