No. 13 2013 New CED appointed in Solar Nederland B.V.


Experienced manager will head up Solar Nederland and will join the enterprise shortly.

We are very pleased to announce that we have appointed Martin Trampe Chief Executive Director (CED) of the group’s Dutch subsidiary Solar Nederland B.V. Martin Trampe will also join Solar Management Team when he takes up the position. Martin Trampe will join Solar Nederland on 13 May 2013 and will take part in an intensive introduction programme until he assumes responsibility for the enterprise as of 10 June 2013.

Martin Trampe is 58 years old and a Dutch citizen and holds a Master’s degree in finance/management. He has worked in sales within the IT industry for most of his career and most recently held a position as Managing Director with Canon Nederland for 11 years. He resigned from this position in July 2012 and has worked as an independent consultant and supervisory board member with a number of enterprises since then.

Martin Trampe’s previous appointments include positions as Managing Director with Parity Solutions B.V. and sales and marketing director with RAET IT Services.

Group CEO Flemming H. Tomdrup, who was appointed temporarily as CED of Solar Nederland B.V. on 13 December 2012, will stay on in this position until 9 June 2013.
