What: GreenTouch -- a global research consortium dedicated to dramatically improving the energy efficiency of the world's data and communications networks -- will be announcing the findings of a milestone research study during a live webcast. The study was conducted to enable the industry to better understand potential network energy efficiencies and provide a roadmap for networks in 2020.
