Essential Energy Services Announces Election of Board of Directors


CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - May 9, 2013) - Essential Energy Services Ltd. (TSX:ESN) ("Essential" or the "Company") held its annual meeting of shareholders on May 9, 2013. A total of 70,430,628 common shares ("Shares") representing 56.8% of Essential's issued and outstanding Shares were voted in connection with the meeting. All nominees proposed as directors were duly elected as directors of the Company by a resolution passed via ballot. The results of the ballot were as follows:
