Based on decision of Financial and Capital Market Commission council to terminate credit institution license of AS „Latvijas Krajbanka” and LCD rules No 1 „On LCD participants”, Article 9 Latvian Central depository (further - LCD) board on May 9, 2013 decided to terminate AS „Latvijas Krājbanka” LCD participant status, consequently closing all AS „Latvijas Krājbanka” corresponding accounts in LCD and suspending activities of all sorts that have been assigned to AS „Latvijas Krājbanka” as a participant of LCD.
