Pinetree Capital Ltd. Acquires Securities of Wolfpack Gold Corp.

TORONTO, CANADA--(Marketwired - May 21, 2013) - Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP), announces that on May 21, 2013, as a result of a reverse take-over by Wolfpack Gold of Tigris Uranium Corp., it acquired ownership of 4,266,666 common shares ("Common Shares") of Wolfpack Gold Corp. ("Wolfpack") representing approximately 8.6% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Wolfpack as of May 21, 2013. As a result of this transaction, Pinetree and its joint actors collectively held, as at May 21, 2013, an aggregate of 6,041,666 common shares of Wolfpack, including the Common Shares, representing approximately 12.2% of all issued and outstanding common shares as at May 21, 2013.

These transactions were made for investment purposes and Pinetree or its joint actors could increase or decrease their investment in Wolfpack depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
