GENIVAR Inc. (TSX:GNV) ("GENIVAR" or the "Company") announced today that the Superior Court of Québec has issued a final order approving the previously announced plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") pursuant to which GENIVAR will be reorganized into a global corporate structure to be named WSP Global Inc. ("WSP Global"). The Board of Directors retains discretion to implement the Arrangement at any time but in any event prior to its 2014 Annual Shareholders Meeting, provided that GENIVAR issues a press release announcing the proposed effective date of the Arrangement at least 30 days prior to such effective date. At the time of the Arrangement, all the shares of GENIVAR will be exchanged, on a one for one basis, for shares of WSP Global.
