Roosters Men's Grooming Center Offers Father and Son Tradition

Westerville Area Resource Ministry Receives Donation at Store's Grand Opening

WESTERVILLE, OH--(Marketwired - May 28, 2013) - According to the team of barbers and stylists at Roosters Men's Grooming Center (MGC) in Westerville, they celebrate Father's Day every day. Located at 534 Polaris Parkway in the Shops at Westar, the store specializes in providing personalized hair care services and products for men and boys.

"Our 'Father and Son Tradition' is a special offer that gives dads the opportunity to bring their sons with them to get great haircuts and experience the feeling of an old fashioned barbershop with modern day conveniences," said Tom Quick.

Quick and wife Lisa Groome are co-owners of the new Westerville store which celebrated its official ribbon cutting earlier this month.

Representatives of the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Westerville Area Resource Ministry (WARM) joined Roosters MGC's staff, neighbors, friends and family members at the grand opening celebration, which included demonstrations of services, prize drawings and entertainment provided by the Park Avenue barbershop quartet.

The store's owners also made a donation of $300 to WARM. "We want this to be the first of our ongoing commitment to an outstanding organization that does so much good in this community," said Groome.

Roosters MGC's experienced team of barbers and stylists include Michael Bowling, Abby Herrick, Jessica Firestone, Kaylia Huston, Rhonda Paahana and Nancy Hudson, who are working hard to assure that dads and sons are well groomed in advance of Father's Day. The store also offers gift cards for Father's Day and other special occasions.

Along with the "Father and Son Tradition," the store's custom services include precision haircuts and shaves with hot steam towels, deep cleansing facial massages, moisturizing lotions and top-of-the-line hair and skin care products for men.

"Exceptional service delivery and comfort are an important part of the Roosters' experience," added Quick. Customers are invited to relax in oversized leather barber chairs in the store's six semi-private barber stations.

The new Westerville store is open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. To schedule an appointment or purchase a gift card, call 614-901-HAIR (4247). Walk-ins are always welcome.
