FAIRFAX, Va., May 28, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- James Carroll, President & CEO of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, today announced the appointment of Christopher E. Flagg as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Flagg will be responsible for pursuing new management contracts for Crestline's growing management business. Crestline Hotels & Resorts is among the leading hospitality management companies in the U.S. and is actively seeking to continue growing its current portfolio of more than 44 managed hotels, resorts and conference facilities in the U.S. and Caribbean.
Before joining Crestline, Mr. Flagg was Director of Development for the Waterford Hotel Group. During his tenure with Waterford he helped create and execute a new business development plan aimed at procuring new management contracts through strategic private-equity partnerships and contract acquisitions. Mr. Flagg's extensive business development background also includes serving as Managing Director, Definitive Consulting Group; Vice President of Development, HEI Hotels & Resorts; and Vice President of Acquisitions & Development, Ocean Park Hotels.
