Amelie Söderberg to leave RNB

Amelie Söderberg, CEO of Departments & Stores, a subsidiary of RNB, will leave
the company for the position as CEO of Filippa K. Amelie will assume her new
position during fall 2013.
Amelie Söderberg has held the position as CEO Departments & Stores since 2010.
In her role she was responsible of the company´s operations at the NK stores in
Stockholm and Gothenburg. Amelie has also been a part of the RNB executive
management.

-      During her years at RNB Amelie has done a remarkable job and she has been
responsible to develop Departments & Stores to the solid and profitable company
it is today. We are sad to see Amelie leave and would of course like to have
kept her at RNB. I see the recruitment of Amelie Söderberg to Filippa K as an
acknowledgment of her strong capabilities. I wish Amelie all the best in her

Amelie Söderberg will leave RNB during fall 2013. The process of appointing a
new CEO has already been initiated.

-          I have had interesting years at Departments & Stores and the past
years as CEO have been developing for me. Of course I am proud and glad to
become President and CEO of Filippa K. Filippa K is one of the most well-known
fashion brand names in Sweden and combines a plain and good looking design.
Until a new CEO is in place at Departments & Stores I will make sure that we
continue to perform well and that the transition to my successor will be smooth
and seamless, Amelie Söderberg said.
