ONE Financial Announces Changes to All-Weather Profit Family

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 6, 2013) - ONE Financial Corporation ("ONE Financial") announced today changes to its All-Weather Profit Family (the "Family") of funds. It has wound down all funds within the Family save and except for the ONE Financial All-Weather Profit Global Diversified Fund (the "Global Diversified Fund"), and is returning subscriptions for such funds to investors. It has also suspended purchases for the Global Diversified Fund until further notice, and ceased providing portfolio management services to such fund. Redemptions for the Global Diversified Fund remain available, and will be processed under the terms of the Family's prospectus.
