TerraBioGen Moves to New Research Facility

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 10, 2013) - TerraBioGen Technologies Inc., a developer of proprietary, organic-based, high-value agriculturally and horticulturally bioactive products, announces that it has moved to new premises.

Since inception almost 20 years ago, the Company has operated out of a facility in North Vancouver. That facility was primarily used to process food waste for conversion into a liquid or granular fertilizer product. The Company sold licenses for this technology and continued its research to refine and define the acitive ingredients found in its end products. In mid-2011, TerraBioGen changed its focus from waste conversion to research and development based on the isolation of the bioactive materials that impacted the end product performance.

The new facility, located at 8536 Baxter Place in Burnaby, British Columbia, was designed with its new focus in mind and will be used both for research and development, and marketing and administrative activities. TerraBioGen is actively working on the further development, formulation and patenting of additional agriculturally bioactive compounds. The Company's growing trials over the next 18 months will focus on the formulation and delivery of these materials to a wide range of horticultural and agricultural applications.
