Boutique Hotel in Davenport Wins Two TripAdvisor Awards

DAVENPORT, IA--(Marketwired - Jun 12, 2013) - Being recognized by TripAdvisor once is quite an honor, but Hotel Blackhawk, Autograph Collection has even more to celebrate with both its historic Davenport hotel and its Bix Bistro and Lounge earning recognition for excellence.

For the second consecutive year, these luxury hotel accommodations in Davenport were honored for their excellence and recognized among only the top 10% of businesses listed on the travel site.

To qualify for the award, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

It was a first-time honor for Bix Bistro, the downtown Davenport restaurant and bar, which earned a 2013 TripAdvisor Service Excellence Award. The restaurant was also honored in 2012 with the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for its wine selection and theme.
