The Board of Directors of Brødrene Hartmann A/S hereby announces that Michael Rohde Pedersen will leave his position as CEO as of 1 July 2013.
"I would like to thank Michael Rohde Pedersen for his contribution over the past three years to lifting Hartmann's consolidated earnings to a satisfactory level together with the other members of management and Hartmann's employees. However, the Board of Directors has considered it appropriate to recruit a new CEO to continue the work," said Agnete Raaschou-Nielsen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Brødrene Hartmann A/S.
The Board of Directors has initiated the process of recruiting a new CEO. Until a new CEO has been appointed, the day-to-day management of Brødrene Hartmann A/S will be undertaken by Marianne Rørslev Bock, CFO and member of the Executive Board, in close collaboration with the company's Board of Directors.
The previously announced guidance for the financial year 2013 is maintained.
