TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 21, 2013) - Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne will attend the Gala Awards Banquet at the Ontario Pharmacists Association (OPA) annual conference in Toronto on the evening of Saturday, June 22.
"We're proud that Premier Wynne will be attending this event, and helping us to celebrate pharmacy's everyday heroes," said Dennis Darby, OPA's Chief Executive Officer. "The annual OPA Awards are presented as part of this celebration, and we're excited to have the opportunity to share some of the successes of our profession with the Premier."
The gala event concludes the Association's three-day conference, which this year attracted more than 600 delegates, the largest number ever.
Premier Wynne will arrive at the event at approximately 6:30 pm, and depart by 7:30 pm. She will not be available for media interviews.
