The General Shareholders' Meeting of 28 June 2013 voted in favour of a payout of €0.09 per share (5th resolution).
The payment schedule is as follows :
- July 11 2013 : Date on which the Altran shares will be traded "ex-payout"[1]
- July 15 2013 : Record Date[2]

July 16 2013 : Payment Date

[1]- As of July 11 2013 (included) the right to receive the payout of €0.09 per share will be retained by the initial seller.
[2]2- Only shares issued until July 15 2013 (included) will give right to the distribution of the payout of €0.09 per share.
