Biosenta Rushes ZeroMold Products to Support Flooded Calgary Community

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 4, 2013) - Biosenta, Inc. (CNSX:ZRO) is pleased to announce that the Company is partnering with other leading Canadian companies to support Calgary residents and other southern Alberta communities suffering from the recent flood damage.

Biosenta is donating significant quantities of ZeroMold 946mL spray bottles and ZeroMold 4L refill jugs.

Relief volunteers will be assembling "household survival cleaning kits", consisting of ZeroMold and other necessities that will be available for free to those affected by the flooding at designated Salvation Army locations in the Calgary area.

"Biosenta is pleased to offer support to the families and businesses affected by the devastating flooding we have all witnessed in southern Alberta," commented Edward Pardiak, Biosenta's Chief Executive Officer, "it is widely understood that flooding and water damage creates an environment that fosters mold growth, which leads to health and environmental concerns. The ZeroMold product effectively kills mold, bacteria and fungi on contact and prevents regrowth."

"We are also pleased to be collaborating with other corporations as well as the Salvation Army during this important initiative as residents of Calgary and southern Alberta struggle during these hard times," Mr. Pardiak added.

About BIOSENTA Inc.

BIOSENTA Inc.'s line of retail anti-microbial products will effectively kill mold, bacteria and fungi on contact and prevent re-growth. These products address the demand created by the mounting health and environmental concerns. Mold can affect the immune system, nervous system, liver, kidneys, blood and cause brain damage.

BIOSENTA will also manufacture and distribute an anti-microbial filler. Calcium Carbonate is one of the most common fillers used industrially. It is susceptible like other fillers that hold moisture to attracting mold. Annual global revenue in the calcium carbonate filler industry approximates 140 billion dollars. BIOSENTA will produce anti-microbial filler that performs 'filling' and 'bulking' functions like calcium carbonate. BIOSENTA's filler product will not attract moisture and consequently mold infestation. BIOSENTA's filler with its anti-microbial high pH core in individual particles will enhance commercial product life and eradicate a broad spectrum of known bacteria, fungi, algae and other micro-organisms by suppression of their reproduction.
