The Company's TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") stock symbol remains "GRE". Shareholder approval for the name change was obtained at the Company's annual and special meeting held on June 28, 2013. The common shares of the Company will commence trading under the new name on the TSXV at market open on July 5, 2013.

No exchange of share certificates will be required. The new CUSIP number and ISIN in respect of the Company's common shares are 39573T101 and CA 39573T1012, respectively.

Also at the shareholders meeting, the Company's shareholders elected the following persons as directors of the Company, as nominated by management: Guan Lianyun, Luo Huirong, Ye Huoyun, Bryan Knebel, Bob Jian Guo, G. Michael Newman and Frank Galati.
