Additionally, the hotel will introduce a new experience in casual dining in Riverside, CA, with the opening of the The Bistro in mid-September, offering guests and locals a contemporary gathering place to Eat. Drink. And Connect. The Bistro will feature menus that are fast and fresh, including seasonal favorites, starters, soups, salads and sandwiches, along with popular drinks and proudly serving Starbucks specialty drinks throughout the day. Whether starting out with a quick breakfast sandwich or settling in for the restaurant's morning scramble, thick-cut French toast or eggs and sausage, guests of the Bistro will enjoy a menu that offers plenty of options for fast, not so fast or leisure dining for Breakfast and Dinner in Riverside. Moving into the afternoon and evening, The Bistro transitions into a relaxing retreat, featuring specialty cocktails, wines by the glass, draft, imported and domestic beers, to suit the pallet of all of our guests.
