The Rights Issue in RomReal Ltd ("RomReal") is now complete.
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 3 July 2013 regarding completion of the oversubscribed Rights Issue in RomReal.
The Rights Issue of 98,494,720 new shares was done at a subscription price of NOK 0.125. The par value of the issued shares is EUR 0.001. The share capital was increased by EUR 98,495.
The share capital increase has today 11 July 2013 been registered. RomReal's new share capital is EUR 103,420 consisting of 103,419,456 shares, each with a par value of EUR 0.001.
The new shares issued in the Rights Issue are expected to be delivered to the subscribers' VPS accounts tomorrow 12 July 2013. The new shares are tradable on delivery.
