Veterans Trading Company Engages Bandon Management Services LLC and Announces New Senior Management Appointments

PARK CITY, UT--(Marketwired - July 15, 2013) -  Veterans Trading Company, LLC (VTC) today announced the appointments of Jeffery Brown to the Office of the President and Princy Hart as Vice President of Finance and the engagement of Bandon Management Services as strategic advisor and management services provider.

Mr. Brown is a service-disabled veteran of the United States Air Force. During his five-year tenure with VTC, Mr. Brown has been integral in driving growth and managing supply chain solutions for key customers like Lockheed Martin out of VTC's Ocala, Florida location. In addition to his new responsibilities as president, Mr. Brown will retain direct executive responsibility for the Ocala operations. Prior to joining VTC, Mr. Brown worked with such industry leaders as Avnet, MCI, Hughes, and Raytheon.

Ms. Hart has more than 20 years of finance, audit, and accounting experience and has held positions in a variety of industry sectors including manufacturing and supply chain management, real estate development, insurance and import/export.

Bandon Management Services is an affiliate of Bandon Holdings, LLC (Bandon), a private investment company based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and led by Blake Kirby, a veteran investor and operator.
