510 New Roles to Support Major Healthcare and Retail Clients

BANNOCKBURN, IL--(Marketwired - Jul 15, 2013) - APAC Customer Services, Inc., a leader in global customer care outsourced services and solutions, announced today that it will add over 500 jobs in its Humble, Texas service center, effective immediately. The 510 total jobs will be divided to support two major clients -- reflecting APAC Customer Services' continued growth in the retail business and healthcare industry. 260 jobs will service a major retailer of consumer electronics. The additional 250 roles will support one of the nation's largest health benefits companies.

The available positions include English and Spanish-speaking roles, spanning from customer service associates to team leaders. Specifically for the roles supporting the healthcare client, APAC Customer Services, Inc. seeks candidates with life and/or health insurance licenses or superior healthcare benefits customer service experience.
