Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Expands Property Management Team With Lorrie Ostlind

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwired - Jul 16, 2013) - Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce today announced that Lorrie Ostlind has joined its property management team. Lorrie will serve as a Senior Portfolio Manager. In this position Lorrie will oversee operations of a portfolio of office buildings based out of our Union Park property management office.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce, Ostlind has been employed by the leading property management firms in Salt Lake City. Most recently with Hines, Lorrie served as Property Manager of two premier historic buildings in downtown Salt Lake. Additionally, responsibilities included managing the South Towne Corporate Center, comprised of a highly sought-after, top-performing office complex in the Salt Lake City commercial market.

With Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce, Ostlind will work with a team of professionals to assure ownership objectives are met and often exceeded. This includes preparing budgets for owners, monthly financial reports, collecting rent, conducting tenant relations, maintaining owner relationships and supervise the hiring of vendors for the properties she manages.

Ostlind is the president-elect of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Utah (BOMA Utah). She earned a Bachelor of Science, Political Science from the University of Utah. Additionally, she earned a Real Estate License in the State of Utah in 1997. Ostlind was awarded the Region BOMA TOBY in 2010 for both the Kearns Building and Cottonwood Corporate Center. Each year, Ostlind stays involved in various charitable organizations, activities and her local YMCA.
