Paragon Software Systems Ramps Up US Sales Team

Addition to Support Ambitious Growth Plan for New Transportation Planning Software Customers


DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - Jul 17, 2013) - Paragon Software Systems, Inc, a leader in vehicle routing and scheduling optimization solutions, announces the addition of Charleston Hearne to their growing US sales team. Charleston will be responsible for Inside Sales, where he will work as a business development consultant providing information that turns prospects into informed buyers.

Previously, Charleston was a real estate consultant with Kennerly Properties where he was responsible for sales and marketing of upscale properties, both commercial and residential, in the North Dallas area. Before that, he worked as an account executive for Federal Express, providing services to small and medium-sized businesses. He prepared and arranged solutions for logistics management between all parties in the supply chain.

Charleston also worked for Dow Jones & Company as an account executive, managing and creating revenue-generating ideas and initiatives to drive incremental revenue into their online publications and websites. At AT&T, Charleston worked in their inside sales department as a communications consultant targeting small businesses in the retail market. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a BS in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
