Octopus Second AIM VCT plc announces that on 31 July 2013 the Company purchased for cancellation 238,785 Ordinary shares at a price of 70.0p per share.
 
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company now consists of 45,056,262 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
