POWEO DIRECT ENERGIE BECOMES DIRECT ENERGIE
AND CHANGES ITS MNEMONIC
During the Annual General Meeting on June the 25th 2013, Poweo Direct Energie's shareholders have voted the change of the company name to Direct Energie.
Therefore, the product name and the mnemonic of the ordinary shares listed on Euronext (Alternext compartment) have been modified on August the 5th as follows:
New product name: DIRECT ENERGIE
New mnemonic: ALDIR
