BNP Paribas Enters Into License Agreement With Richard Bernstein Advisors LLC

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Aug 7, 2013) -  BNP Paribas is pleased to announce it has agreed to enter into a license agreement with Richard Bernstein Advisors LLC (RBA) to utilize RBA's intellectual property, specifically the Richard Bernstein Advisors American Industrial Renaissance(SM) mark to offer select market-linked Certificates of Deposit and Market Linked Notes.

Serge Troyanovsky, Managing Director and Head of Structured Products Retail Distribution for BNP Paribas Securities Corp. commented, "We are pleased to have entered into this license agreement with RBA and believe that the Richard Bernstein Advisors American Industrial Renaissance(SM) concept will offer value to our clients."

"We think the American Industrial Renaissance is one of the best and least accepted growth stories in the world today," stated Richard Bernstein, CEO of RBA. "Small and mid-cap domestically-focused U.S. manufacturing and industrial companies are clearly starting to gain market share. Yet, there are very few ways for investors to actively invest in this exciting theme."

BNP Paribas plans to launch its initial product in September using RBA's mark Richard Bernstein Advisors American Industrial Renaissance(SM). Subsequent to the product launch additional information will be available at www.marketlinkedproducts.bnpparibas.com.
