With this JSC Talsu mezrupnieciba informs that the Dace Štāka has decided to leave the position of Chairman of the Management Board as of 12/08/2013 and Gatis Štāks is appointed as the new Chairman of the Management Board as of 12/08/2013.
The current composition of the Management Board is as follows:
1. Gatis Štāks - Chairman of the Board
2. Pēteris Kļava - member of the Board
3. Andis Gribusts -member of the Board.
