               Notice of Results: Interim Results for 2013

Anglo Pacific Group PLC (the "Company") (LSE: APF, TSX: APY) will
announce its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2013 on
Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 7:00am (BST).

An analyst presentation on the Company's interim results will take
