Reference is made to the prior notice dated 16 August 2013 regarding the share issue to a former employee in Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm").
Following receipt of payment, the share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK 40,273,243.12 divided into 366,120,392 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
