The PPM Software is critical to managing the bank's larger scale project budgets, timeline, and resource pool. A PPM software upgrade of this magnitude requires an in-depth understanding of the Organizational Change Management requirements necessary to take full advantage of the software's benefits in driving decisions and managing costs. Premier's extensive experience and industry experts made it the ideal choice to develop the custom framework for Organizational Change needed to assure a smooth transition.

Premier staff will work closely with the bank's business and technology leaders to manage the changing environment and provide key components such as organizational change communication; business readiness testing; training development and training delivery.
