TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 11, 2013) - NEMI Northern Energy & Mining Inc. ("NNE") has announced a return of capital distribution of C$0.20 per share. The distribution will be paid on September 23, 2013 to holders of record on September 16, 2013.

NNE will begin trading ex-distribution on September 12, 2013.
