GRIMSBY, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 12, 2013) - Andrew Peller Limited (TSX:ADW.A)(TSX:ADW.B) ("APL" or the "Company") today announced the final director and auditor election results from its 2013 annual general meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders held on September 11, 2013.
The total number of Class B Voting Shares represented by shareholders present in person or by proxy at the Meeting was 22, representing 80.1% of the 3,004,041 voting shares issued and outstanding as of the record date.
