San Diego Air Conditioning Company Sponsors KFMB Stations' "Bras Across the Bay" to Benefit Susan G. Komen

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 18, 2013) - San Diego Air Conditioning Company Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air is sponsoring KFMB stations' fundraiser for Susan G. Komen San Diego. KFMB-TV/CBS 8, JACK FM, and Flagship Cruises will present "Bras Across the Bay" on Saturday, October 5 to kick off breast cancer awareness month and the final stretch to the Race for the Cure on November 3.

"We are proud to be a major sponsor for 'Bras Across the Bay' again this year," said Mary Jean Anderson, president of Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air. "This is a cause that means so much to me personally. We all have family and friends who have inspired us as they faced breast cancer and Komen does so much to help with screenings for underserved women."

Tickets are available at sdhe.com for an evening of amazing music by Raining Jane, pink cocktails, opportunity drawings and fabulous food as the sun sets on the San Diego Bay.

Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air also helps to raise money for Susan G. Komen, San Diego with "Find A Cure Fridays" where clients can book an appointment on any Friday and Anderson will make a donation of $5 to Susan G Komen-San Diego on any service or repair (replacements or new installations excluded).

Additionally, throughout the year, the Anderson staff raises funds by selling handmade bracelets at various events around San Diego. Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air will also have a team in Komen's Race for the Cure on Sunday, November 3.
