TerraBioGen Technologies Inc., a developer of proprietary technologies for the production of organic-based, high-value agriculturally bioactive products, announces that it has filed a third provisional patent.

In December 2012, the Company filed provisional patent applications on two microbially-derived agriculturally bioactive materials. The applications include claims related broadly to improving plant health and growth, abiotic and biotic stress tolerance, and improving crop yields.

In September 2013, the Company filed a provisional patent application on its third microbially-derived agriculturally bioactive material and its use in a broad range of applications, including enhanced germination, improved plant health, improved stress tolerance and improved crop yields.

Preliminary results from this year's growing trials have been positive and the Company will be receiving results up to the end of the year. The Company's growing trials have focused on the formulation and delivery of agriculturally bioactive compounds to a wide range of horticultural and agricultural applications.
