has increased with 3,808 shares after subscription of shares through the
Warrants 3. The shares represent approximately 0.027 % of total number of
shares in the Company.
After registration by the Swedish Companies Registration Office, the number of
shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver AB has increased to 14,156,664 shares and
the share capital to SEK 141,566,641.47. Quota value is SEK 10.
The number of outstanding warrants is 936,698, which each of them entitle the
holder to subscribe for one share of SEK 17.50 per share latest by 30 November
2013.
